Announcements

Memento provides ways for clients to send out announcements to their customers through the dashboard.

There are two types of announcements available:

1. Informational
   1. Informational announcements serve to communicate non-essential information to users, who have the option to dismiss them.
2. Blocking
   1. Announcements for critical info only. Blocks the whole screen, and can't be dismissed until disabled from the dashboard.
